A service to safely and electronically send and receive the medical charts of people(patient) who agreed to provide personal information to and from medical institutions in order to secure continuity of treatment so that the doctor can refer to the patient treatment

Apply for Health Information Exchange Service (consent to collection, use and provision of personal information)
Method 1 Consent at Public Portal
- Consent to collection and use of personal information for health information exchange through verification at Health Information Exchange portal(MyChart, mychart.kr)
Method 2 Consent by visiting Medical Institution(digital or written)
- Directly visit the medical institution participating at health information exchange project and submit a consent on collection, use and provision of personal information for health information exhcnage
